Modern menswear is increasingly about versatility: pieces that move between the office, social occasions and everyday life without compromising on style. At Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Chinese menswear brand LILANZ is building its latest retail experience around precisely this idea.
Opened on 29 October 2026, the new store marks the brand’s sixth retail location in Malaysia and continues its Future Business concept. Spanning 2,369 square feet, the space introduces shoppers to The Fifth Season, LILANZ’s vision of dressing beyond conventional seasonal boundaries and traditional labels.
Rather than treating formalwear and casualwear as separate wardrobes, the concept centres on purposeful tailoring, understated luxury and clothing designed to adapt to different occasions.
The Fifth Season: Dressing Beyond Traditional Boundaries
At the heart of LILANZ’s approach is the idea that a wardrobe should move with its wearer. Its collections draw on generations of craftsmanship while embracing contemporary cuts and versatile designs suited to the changing rhythms of urban life.
The new Pavilion Kuala Lumpur store brings together the brand’s SMART, Performance and Urban Casual lines, alongside a wider selection of premium collections and silhouettes exclusive to this location.
For professionals and younger urban dressers alike, the assortment offers different interpretations of modern dressing, from structured suits to relaxed silhouettes and practical everyday essentials.
Exclusive Burgundy Tailoring and Contemporary Casualwear
For those drawn to classic tailoring with a distinctive detail, the store’s SMART line features single- and double-breasted suits in a range of materials and colours. An exclusive burgundy colour range adds another option to the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur selection.
The Performance line takes a more functional approach, offering integrated outfit solutions for men with on-the-go lifestyles. Its selection includes minimalist businesswear, windproof and waterproof windbreakers, and temperature-regulating apparel.
Meanwhile, the Urban Casual collection explores a more relaxed side of the wardrobe through three categories: Social Circles, Everyday Leisure and the Designer Series. Cotton jackets, black-and-white essentials, architectural cuts and relaxed-fit silhouettes in natural fabrics such as cotton, linen and wool create a balance between structure and ease.
Everyday Essentials for the Malaysian Climate
Beyond tailoring and outerwear, LILANZ also presents its EverNew polo shirt offering, with a range of colours intended for different occasions.
The press material highlights fabric designed for tropical weather and introduces Advance Cotton Technology, described as helping the fabric retain its vibrancy after 30 washes. This focus on everyday wearability adds another dimension to the brand’s broader wardrobe proposition.
The store also carries the LILANZ Autumn 2026 Collection, featuring warm earthy tones, deep mahogany hues and premium natural fabrics in varied cuts and silhouettes. The collection is designed to bridge formal business dressing and casual wear, allowing individual pieces to work across different settings.
A New Chapter at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
The opening was marked by an interactive retail experience attended by Dato’ Joyce Yap, Chief Executive Officer of Retail Pavilion Kuala Lumpur; Mr Chao Liang, Group Vice President of LILANZ; and Mr Liu Jian Feng, General Manager of LILANZ Southeast Asia.
Guests explored the new store and Autumn collection during a DJ set by Anthony Pang, followed by a styling workshop led by Andrea Kee. Malaysian fashion personalities and tastemakers, including Daler Yusuf, Iydzham Ang, Alvin Tiew, Daniel Fong, Evertts Gomez and Hakimi Noordin, also attended.
With its latest Kuala Lumpur location, LILANZ brings its vision of adaptable, contemporary menswear to one of the city’s established retail destinations, placing versatility and personal expression at the centre of the modern wardrobe.
Visit LILANZ at Lot 4.18.00 & 4.19.00, Level 4, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The store is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
